Dr. Frank Setren
Dr. Frank Setren, a Baltimore native, graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1970, earning a degree in biological sciences. He earned a doctor of optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1974. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association
Dr. Setren has developed a well-respected private practice that offers complete eye care for the entire family. Professional Vision integrates primary care optometry, ophthalmology, and optical services. Fitting over 65,000 patients with contacts lenses, Dr. Setren is considered one of the premier contact lens specialists in the state of Maryland. Additionally, Dr. Setren has a therapeutic license to diagnose and treat diseases, such as glaucoma and dry eye disease. He has served as chairman of the board of advisors for TLC Laser Centers, the largest eye laser center in the world, at the time. He continues to specialize in LASIK/cataract surgery co-management.
In his free time, Dr. Setren enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and two grandchildren. An accomplished athlete, Dr. Setren can be found on the tennis court or rooting for his two favorite teams: the Ravens and Terps.

Dr. Ann Gallagher
Dr. Ann Marie Gallagher received her Bachelor of Science, Biology in 1991 (magna cum laude) from Loyola College in Maryland. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree (cum laude) from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1995. While there, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
Dr. Gallagher has practiced at Professional Vision for fifteen years. She is therapeutically licensed in the management of eye disease. Dr. Gallagher has expertise in a broad range of ocular disciplines including contact lens management, post-surgical management of Lasik and cataract patients and detection and co-management of eye disease.
Dr. Gallagher is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association.
Dr. Gallagher resides in Catonsville with her husband and two sons.

Dr. Richard Barnstein
Dr. Barnstein, a Baltimore native, graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 1994. He attended James Madison University (1987-90) where he was accepted early into optometry school. Dr. Barnstein is therapeutically licensed to treat eye disease, and diagnoses and manages glaucoma. He also specializes in difficult contact lens fittings, dry eye disease, and LASIK co-management.
Dr. Barnstein is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association.
Dr. Barnstein enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children, and puppy goldendoodle. He's an avid local sports fan, and loves live music.

Dr. Hollie Brannan
Dr. Hollie S. Brannan graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University) in 2002 where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Science as well as her Doctorate of Optometry. During her clinical rotations, she received Clinical Honors in Primary Care. Dr. Brannan graduated cum laude from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Dr. Brannan is therapeutically licensed to treat all diseases of the eye as well as treat eye injury. She also specializes in glaucoma treatment, comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings and dry eye disease.
Dr. Brannan is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association.
She enjoys traveling, cooking, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband and son.
